Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas Metode Riset Digital (MRD) sebagai inovasi penelitian pendidikan di era digitalisasi. MRD hadir sebagai solusi atas keterbatasan metode penelitian tradisional yang memerlukan waktu, biaya, dan keterlibatan lapangan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur, laporan penelitian, dan data statistik terkini mengenai penerapan MRD dalam pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa MRD mampu mempercepat proses pengumpulan dan analisis data, memperluas jangkauan responden, mendukung penerapan metode campuran (mixed methods), serta mendorong pengambilan keputusan berbasis data untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Meski demikian, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan berupa validitas data daring, kesenjangan akses internet, keterbatasan literasi digital, serta isu etika dan keamanan data pribadi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kesiapan infrastruktur, penguatan literasi digital, dan kepatuhan terhadap etika penelitian agar MRD dapat diimplementasikan secara optimal dalam penelitian pendidikan.
