Author Guidelines

You can download the Journal Template here: [DOWNLOAD]. The paper sent to our redaction will be considered for publication with the following criteria:

  1. This journal publishes scholarly works in Islamic Education and Islamic Studies (theoretical and empirical) and welcomes interdisciplinary perspectives (education, psychology, anthropology, sociology, social and cultural studies).

  2. Articles must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication in other journals.

  3. The manuscript must include: title, author name(s), affiliation, email, abstract, keywords, introduction, method, results & discussion, conclusion & suggestions, and references.

  4. The title must be clear and specific, with a maximum of 14 words.

  5. The author does not need to include academic titles (degree).

  6. Manuscripts must be typed on A4 paper, 2 column, Times New Roman, with margins: top/right 2.5 cm, bottom 3.0 cm, left 2.75 cm, paragraph justified, first-line indent 1.25 cm, and length 12–20 pages. Do not add headers, footers, or page numbers in the template.

  7. All submissions must include an abstract in Indonesian, about 150–250 words, typed in Times New Roman 10 pt, single-spaced, followed by 3–6 keywords.

  8. The manuscript must be prepared in Microsoft Word format (Word file) and submitted through the journal’s OJS submission system.

  9. In-text citations and references must follow APA 6th Edition, and references are recommended to prioritize recent sources (≤10 years) with the majority from research articles; using reference managers (Mendeley/EndNote/Zotero) is recommended.
